There have been many articles and suggestions that electronic cigarettes are as harmful as real tobacco cigarettes. They are suggesting that there are many harmful chemicals in e-cigarette vapour and they are even worse than real cigarettes. Although more research will take place, most studies so far have been extremely positive about the health benefits in comparison to traditional smoking. We know for sure what ingredients are in e-liquids so let's take a look at what's hiding in the mist.
